Section 200 (Resources), carrying a "REVIEWED JUNE 2026" footer, states a non-categorically-eligible resource limit of $2,250/$3,250 (elderly/disabled) — but Section 600 (Standards for Income and Deductions), "REVISED AUGUST 2025" and headed "Effective October 1, 2025," states $3,000/$4,500, matching the current federal FFY2026 standard and independently cross-confirmed by FIA Action Transmittal AT 26-05 (issued October 3, 2025). Separately, Section 212.10 (Homeless Shelter Allowance), unrevised since a 2020 transmittal it cites by name ("20-02 AT Homeless Shelter Deduction Increase"), states $148 — but Section 600 states $198.99, again cross-confirmed by AT 26-05, which states the deduction "increased to $198.99" effective October 1, 2025. Both contradictions are disclosed plainly in freshness.json rather than silently resolved; this pack treats Section 600 (the explicitly-dated, COLA-cycle-revised standards table, triple-cross-validated against AT 26-05 and, for income limits, the October 2025 Income Guidelines) as authoritative.
