The only friction this pack encountered was rules.sos.ri.gov's JavaScript-rendered regulation browser, which a plain curl fetch could not extract full section body text from; this pack resolved this entirely by using dhs.ri.gov's own hosted PDF of the same regulation instead, which a plain curl + pdftotext pipeline fetched cleanly. This pack also caught and explicitly did not rely on redlined/struck-through dollar figures inside that PDF (dated August 2024, reflecting an FFY2023-to-FFY2024 rulemaking amendment), instead cross-checking every current dollar figure against DHS's own separately-dated FFY2026 COLA PDF and live eligibility page. fna.usda.gov (the ABAWD waiver index) and webserver.rilegislature.gov (Rhode Island General Laws) both returned clean HTTP 200 to direct curl attempts; no barrier at either.
