One significant live finding, disclosed rather than silently corrected: the CURRENT FoodShare handbook (Release 26-01, section 3.17.1, effective 10-01-25) still states the ABAWD age range as 18-54 citing the 2023 Fiscal Responsibility Act, with no mention of the federal OBBBA 18-64 expansion (enacted 7/4/2025) that every other state pack in this roster already reflects — even though Wisconsin's own Legislative Fiscal Bureau documented a DHS rulemaking deadline of June 1, 2026 for implementing it, a deadline already past as of this pack's build date. This pack does NOT restate the stale 18-54 figure as Mae's answer — it defers to the federal 18-64 band (which controls regardless of what a lagging state handbook page says) and flags the discrepancy.
